Implementation of the National Child Immunization Month Program in the Working Area of Simbang Community Health Center, Maros Regency in 2023

Abstract

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the implementation of routine training not being maximal. This condition resulted in more and more children who did not get the complete basic basics. This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of the National Childhood Immunization Month in the Working Area of ​the Simbang Health Center, Maros Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach that aims to obtain in-depth information. There were 7 informants in this study consisting of 1 key informant, 2 casual informants, and 4 supporting informants. The research results obtained and the size of the policy objectives, in this program are in accordance with what is needed by the target group and the target group can easily get the services in this paragraph, as well as the resources, both human resources, financial, facilities and infrastructure are quite good and support. The characteristics of the executors are also very good in carrying out the program, there is a division of tasks for each executor but not made in the organizational structure. The attitude of implementing agents has shown support for this program and communication between organizations has been well established, both from the puskesmas to elementary schools and vice versa.
